Chad’s place is wonderful and is worth every penny. I would happily live here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and modern with updated appliances. It has everything you need which is uncommon in airbnbs-there are tons of Tupperware, bakeware, cooking tools and pans. The amenities, like the hair dryer, are next level. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is fun and lively. There are tons of restaurants in the area ranging from cheap to expensive so you can find whatever you are looking for. There are also great coffee shops. The condo is close to the trolley too. Chad’s spot is truly a rare find.

Great location, we were here for a conference and the conference center was just across the street. Quiet, despite being in the Gas Lamp Quarter. Chad was great to deal with and helped with any questions very quickly. We will be looking to stay here again when we next come back to San Diego.

Chad was the perfect host, and his condo in the Gaslamp District of San Diego provides the perfect home base for all activities in the San Diego area. It is in very close walking distance to restaurants, shops, the trolley station, Petco Park, and the convention center. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for a small family or group. The living room is spacious and the outdoor balcony is so comfortable. It is very clean, well-organized, and decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfy. A full-size kitchen and in-room laundry provide all the comfort and convenience of home. Chad responds very quickly to AirBnB messages and provides very clear instructions. I hope to be able to visit San Diego and Chad's condo again in the future!

Amazing stay. Perfect stay to attend an event in San Diego Convention Center. Walkable location, good restaurants around and overall a great apartment.
Chad was responsive, gave clear instructions and help me with an early check in due to my flight arriving super early.

Amazing location and walkable to many good restaurants and local attractions. It was a bit noisy due to the location however earplugs were available in the unit. Beds were super comfortable with soft luxuries linens which is a must have for me. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with a toddler for the duration of a conference that was at the convention centre, and our stay was fantastic! A few comments:
1) Location - Close to attractions. The convention centre is just a few mins walks away.
2) Amenities - Amazing! The kitchen was well equipped to cook all meals. The host even had leak proof tupper ware of every size and ziplock bags available which was perfect for when you’re travelling with children and need to take snacks/ fruits around with you. The appliances were all easy to use and great quality.
3) Communication - Chad was very responsive and helped us liaise with BabyQuip to ensure that the baby things we rented were delivered and picked up on time. He was also great at making recommendations and answered any questions I had about the unit very quickly.
We would stay here again if needed in the future.

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale!
Awesome, safe location. Centrally located. Near green spaces and many stores and restaurants. Great beds, lovely outdoor patio, access to pool and work out room also a super plus! The garage was amazing to have as well. We really appreciated the coffee and truly felt at home during our stay in AZ! Do not hesitate to book Chad’s unit.

This place was Awesome! It was perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoor private patio! Set up was 2 primary bedrooms, Full bath with each and they were on opposite sides of condo! Nice big kitchen dining room!! Living room was big, nice comfy furniture you felt like you were home! Nice, safe neighborhood you could walk. Nice location to entertainment and restaurants! The pictures were right on! Our host was only a message away if you had any question send him a message and he would respond! Very Clean and had all we needed! Another Great feature was an attached 2 car garage. Would definitely stay here again only longer !
