We had a lovely time. It’s a great area in Scottsdale for amenities. And close to the 101…The descriptions of the condo were accurate. Very comfortable … Chad was very accessible and accommodating. When we had a couple requests, he was prompt in responding.
We’d love to stay again.

Chad’s place was the perfect setup for a colleague and I attending a weeklong conference in San Diego. Two spacious bedrooms with a full private bath each. The space is located in a safe and secure apartment building and filled with personal touches (including a coffee maker fully stocked with K-cups), so we felt right at home. The location was an easy walk to our meeting and had numerous eateries and stores along the way. Will definitely plan on staying here again and highly recommend to others!

Great location , very comfortable and clean. The private garage was perfect for getting in and out. Cute and comfortable patio furniture made it easy to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Awesome hosting, you can tell that they take care of their property and clients.

Chad thought of providing everything !! I don’t know where to begin. All the necessities soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dryer wipes, coffee pods, toilet paper, pots, pans etc. board games. There was even a work desk that had a printer and paper. There were games and even items for children. You can park on the street or in the two car garage. In the kitchen all the drawers were labeled.
The location was great about half a mile walk to the fashion district (in old town). Convenient to the shopping centers. Not far from the airport .
Chad was in touch with you to make sure everything was perfect!!
I would highly recommend this property. It would have been nice is if the property or community had a fitness center.

For years we've been coming down to the Gaslamp in San Diego to attend conventions. I can say with absolute confidence that this location is my absolute favorite. Not only is it right next to everything you could want, but it is beautiful, quiet and safe. The location has everything you could want, full kitchen, washer and dryer with all amenities, central AC and heating, and excellent internet service. In addition, though located on Gaslamp, the apartment was well sealed and quiet!
Chad was wonderfully responsive and proactive, making sure we had everything we need, offering both early check-in and late check-out options, and available anytime we needed assistance.
The location has a secure entry for those who are walking and a private parking spot is available and included.
Without a doubt this is my favorite location, and I will absolutely be coming here next year!

Chad’s place is wonderful and is worth every penny. I would happily live here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and modern with updated appliances. It has everything you need which is uncommon in airbnbs-there are tons of Tupperware, bakeware, cooking tools and pans. The amenities, like the hair dryer, are next level. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is fun and lively. There are tons of restaurants in the area ranging from cheap to expensive so you can find whatever you are looking for. There are also great coffee shops. The condo is close to the trolley too. Chad’s spot is truly a rare find.

Great location, we were here for a conference and the conference center was just across the street. Quiet, despite being in the Gas Lamp Quarter. Chad was great to deal with and helped with any questions very quickly. We will be looking to stay here again when we next come back to San Diego.

Chad was the perfect host, and his condo in the Gaslamp District of San Diego provides the perfect home base for all activities in the San Diego area. It is in very close walking distance to restaurants, shops, the trolley station, Petco Park, and the convention center. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for a small family or group. The living room is spacious and the outdoor balcony is so comfortable. It is very clean, well-organized, and decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfy. A full-size kitchen and in-room laundry provide all the comfort and convenience of home. Chad responds very quickly to AirBnB messages and provides very clear instructions. I hope to be able to visit San Diego and Chad's condo again in the future!
