House Rules

Non smoking. The building and home is non smoking. If smoking occurs there will be fines to mitigate the damage of 1500.00 and up. No Subleasing. If caught subleasing your current reservation will be cancelled immediately and is non refundable. Follow quiet times between 9:00 pm and 7:00am. Be respectful with noise level when in common areas and traveling through the halls and in garage. Late checkout is available for 30.00 for a checkout until 12:00pm and 100.00 for 1pm. Full days rate if anything past 1:00pm. Please remember to return keyfobs and rdfi sticker to avoid charges. Replacement charges for rdfi sticker and fob are 500.00 each.

Having been to San Diego before, I can say that this unit is absolutely phenomenal. The neighbors are quiet, the building and unit are peaceful, and the building location is centrally located on K between 5th and 6th, the unit is in the heartbeat of the city mere steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the ballpark, shopping, and sights. Parking is the garage right underneath the building - very convenient. Upon arriving, we met the cleaning staff who hand-delivered us the keyfobs. The unit was spotless. Chad the host was always responsive within mere minutes, very available, very communicative, and very helpful. If you are looking for a unit in the heartbeat of the city and the ability to walk everywhere (and still park your car), this is the unit to reserve. I’ll be definitely staying here again. A great all-around experience.

Awesome stay, awesome host! Totally new interior, comfortable beds, and felt at home with stuff like salt, pepper, spices, pots, pans, and what not for the week. Only a couple blocks from the convention center made it ideal for the conference we were attending. Would stay here again for sure!

Chad’s place was the perfect setup for a colleague and I attending a weeklong conference in San Diego. Two spacious bedrooms with a full private bath each. The space is located in a safe and secure apartment building and filled with personal touches (including a coffee maker fully stocked with K-cups), so we felt right at home. The location was an easy walk to our meeting and had numerous eateries and stores along the way. Will definitely plan on staying here again and highly recommend to others!

For years we've been coming down to the Gaslamp in San Diego to attend conventions. I can say with absolute confidence that this location is my absolute favorite. Not only is it right next to everything you could want, but it is beautiful, quiet and safe. The location has everything you could want, full kitchen, washer and dryer with all amenities, central AC and heating, and excellent internet service. In addition, though located on Gaslamp, the apartment was well sealed and quiet! Chad was wonderfully responsive and proactive, making sure we had everything we need, offering both early check-in and late check-out options, and available anytime we needed assistance. The location has a secure entry for those who are walking and a private parking spot is available and included. Without a doubt this is my favorite location, and I will absolutely be coming here next year!
