This home is nonsmoking! smoking on patio is ok with door closed. Smoking inside home will result to hefty fines. You are able to reach most of scottsdale by foot. However you do have other options like public transportation like bus or trolley, golf carts , uber, lyft or bring you car and park in the 2 car extended garage.
